At The Damascus Store, we are committed to ensuring the integrity of every collectible sword we sell. We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.

Eligibility and Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the collectible item must meet stringent criteria, reflecting its nature as a display piece:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unused, unsharpened, and free from any wear or damage.

  • All original packaging, protective wrappings, and tags must be included.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Fulfillment Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the collectible is found to be defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item (e.g., wrong model of sword), please contact us right away so we can assess the situation and rectify the issue promptly.

Modifications to Orders

If you need to make a change to an order (such as updating the address or correcting an item), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to our swift processing and careful packaging standards for bladed items, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after this 24-hour window.

Exchanges

The quickest method to secure a replacement collectible is to process a return for the item you currently possess. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Lost Shipments

If your package is confirmed lost while in transit, we will gladly arrange for a replacement to be shipped, provided the correct shipping address was accurately submitted at checkout.

Should you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we must wait a period of 30 calendar days before issuing the refund. This wait period accounts for the possibility of the package being successfully delivered by the carrier after a delay. Our support team will continuously monitor the tracking progress during this period.

Restocking Fee Disclosure

A restocking fee may be applied to returns, depending on the item’s condition upon inspection and if any damage or missing components affect its resale value as a collectible. This fee will not exceed 50% of the item’s original purchase price.

Refund Processing

We will notify you via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned collectible. We will then inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition criteria.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by your specific bank or credit card company to fully process and post the credited funds to your account.
