Service Area Limitation
The Damascus Store currently ships only within the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK). We are unable to process orders or ship collectible swords to any other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs
The Damascus Store is pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on every single order placed through our website.
Processing Time
All orders undergo necessary security checks, packaging, and are prepared for dispatch within 3 business days following the purchase date. This period accounts for careful inspection of each collectible item.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your item has been dispatched, the typical transit duration is estimated to be between 5–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on the final destination and carrier operations.
Daily Dispatch Cutoff Time
Please note that all orders must be placed before 6:00 PM (CST) to be included in that day’s processing queue. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Upon the successful dispatch of your collectible, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update and reflect the active location of your parcel.
Undelivered Orders
If the delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our support team immediately via email. We will initiate a thorough investigation with our logistics partners and the delivery carrier to resolve the shipment’s status.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to our facility due to issues such as customer refusal or failure to collect, re-shipping will incur additional shipping and handling charges. There is a seven-day holding period for returned items. Unresolved charges after this period may result in further actions, including the forwarding of unpaid fees to a collections agency.
Logistical Delays
We strive to minimize delays, but circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect shipping timelines. In the event of a logistical disruption, we will notify you promptly. If a delay is significant, you maintain the right to cancel your pending purchase for a full refund.
Post-Shipment Address Corrections
Should you need to modify the delivery address after the order has shipped, please contact us without delay. While we will attempt to coordinate the change with the carrier, we cannot guarantee the change will be possible once the package is in transit.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your collectible is shipped to the address provided and subsequently returned to us due to an error or incompleteness in the address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.
